The Delphi Academy Workshop is a state-of-the-art training facility spanning over 9,000 sq. ft. of open training space, making it the largest aftermarket technician training centre in Europe, designed to provide hands-on experience with the latest vehicle technologies. Home to over 15 modern vehicles representing a diverse range of powertrains and systems, the workshop is fully equipped with 7 vehicle lifts, including a 4-post lift with 4-wheel alignment capabilities and tooling. It features world-class tyre fitting facilities, cutting-edge diagnostics, and an extensive range of specialist tooling and technical data.

The Delphi Academy Boardroom offers a premium meeting space featuring twin 85” displays, full 360 Camera Teams connectivity, and seating for up to 16 participants in a fully air-conditioned environment. With a dedicated breakout area for refreshments, it provides a professional setting overlooking the state-of-the-art Delphi Academy, perfect for collaboration and training sessions.

The Delphi Academy Workshop Recording Studio is a state-of-the-art content creation space, featuring professional lighting, audio recording facilities, and a positionable half-rise scissor lift for dynamic demonstrations. Equipped with specialist tooling and a green screen, it enables high-quality training, technical videos, and live broadcasts for the automotive industry.

The Delphi Academy proudly features a Pirelli Platinum Performance Centre approved tyre fitting facility, meeting Pirelli’s exacting standards for fitting high-performance tyres on luxury sports cars. Equipped with the latest tyre fitting and balancing technology, this specialist facility ensures precision, safety, and excellence, aligning perfectly with the performance and engineering demands of premium vehicles.
