What are the requirements to access DS HUB?
DS-HUB has been developed for the Delphi Diagnostics community (DS software-users). It has been pre-installed to all new DS450 and DS480 solutions since June 2024. The solution is following a gradual roll-out plan with the target of being available to all users and devices by the end of 2024.

Does DS HUB work with both classic and new software interface?
DS HUB only works with the New User Interface. DS HUB detects when the old UI is used and propose/recommend the user to switch interface.

Do I need to purchase a license for DS HUB?
No, DS HUB doesn't require any paid license.

Can I customize anything in the DS HUB to my own convenience?
Yes. It is possible to customize the task bar (show / hide / change position), display and hide some applications, activate/deactivate the splash screen. More customizations will be available over time.

What is DS HUB?
DS-HUB is a software component which is the access point for the Delphi eco-system of products and services that are combined and made accessible to customers in an easy and efficient way. The HUB will be the new home page for DS users from which they will be able to access several products, services and valuable information, without having to navigate through multiple systems.

How can I access DS HUB?
DS HUB will be either pre-installed or available as on-demand installation software. Please contact your Delphi representatives if you require more details or support.

Is DS HUB available in my language?
DS-HUB is available in 18 languages, the same languages as the Delphi Diagnostic software (Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish).

What are the main features of DS HUB?
One key feature is represented by the onboarding process for new users, a step by step guide will support the user to activate the DS software, create a VTI (Vehicle Technical Information) account, create a Security Gateway account and an eLearning account. This will ensure that new customers are supported since the very beginning and, upon set-up completion, can enjoy the full potential of the tool. In addition, from the HUB the end-user will be able to access the Diagnostic software, VTI, eLearning, Parts Catalogue, how-to videos, information about the license status and more. Everything from the same home page and without ever leaving the HUB.

Does DS HUB lock if my DS license is expired?
When the DS license expires, DS HUB remains accessible and displays the status of that license. As some functions in the DS software become inactive at the expiry of the license, this leads to a "degraded" mode of DS HUB as well.

Is DS HUB linked to my VCI, my dongle or my tablet/PC? Do I need to re-install it if I change my device?
DS HUB is installed on your tablet/PC. If you replace the VCI and/or the security Dongle, there is no need to re-install DS HUB. The serial number of the new hardware will be automatically detected and displayed where necessary. If you replace the Delphi tablet by a new one, the latter will come with both the Diagnostic core software and DS HUB pre-installed.

Does DS HUB replace the LAT software or any other components related to DS software?
No. DS HUB is a new software component and doesn’t replace any existing applications.

The onboarding process is made clear and easy, and avoid being interrupted while working on a vehicle when trying to first access a feature requiring account creation. In addition, the end-user will be able to access and move across different platforms with the touch of a button and to access important information such as license status, diagnostics reports, technical support contacts and more. The integrated solutions will allow the user to save time, enhancing productivity, customer experience and satisfaction.
